My Story

As a child I was always dancing or acting, be it alone in the living room, along the pavement or creating seasonal shows together with friends. I remember the seasonal stories and the dancing having a therapeutic quality.
At the age of 16, I received a course of therapeutic speech sessions, which I enjoyed very much, and from this experience the wish was born to become a therapeutic speech practitioner.
My educational journey led me via drama school to a Foundation Year at Emerson College (1995-1996), where I then happily found myself in the 3-month storytelling course at the International School of Storytelling (Autumn 1996). There I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘healing storytelling unit’.
I enhanced my creative speech and drama skills at Artemis School of Speech and Drama at Peredur Centre for the Arts (1997-2001), which included a year of touring with The Moving Word Theatre.
This journey eventually led me to study Eurythmy at the London Eurythmy Training (2001-2003) and I gained my Bachelor's in Eurythmy Education at Hogeschool Helicon The Hague (2003-2005). I taught eurythmy for several years.
After studying at the Eurythmy Therapy Training UK (2022-2025) I am now a qualified Eurythmy Therapist – Diploma from Medical Section at the Goetheanum – Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Alanus Hochschule and Rudolf Steiner University College Oslo.
I am a member of Eurythmy Therapy Association (ETA) and registered with AnthroMed. I am fully insured, and my work is supervised according to professional and ethical requirements. In all my modalities I work with healing for the human being and nature with its seasons.
