This very effective ‘holistic’ massage aims to treat the ‘whole’ human being. The health and wellness benefits are wide-ranging and can alleviate physical issues, mental health challenges, as well as promoting spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
Techniques like pressure, kneading and friction massage, improve circulation, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and enhance warming. As well as providing an overall treatment I give extra attention to areas as needed.
During the initial consultation I will go over a questionnaire with you, covering your medical history, lifestyle, what you’re looking to achieve from the holistic massage experience, and more. This will serve to tailor the treatment to you. Contra-indications will also be addressed.
I choose to do massage mainly with Weleda natural oils and will recommend the most beneficial fragrance to suit your needs. Combining my experience as a Weleda wellbeing advisor and storyteller, I will let the lead plant of the chosen oil guide you into the massage experience.
Following the massage you will receive after care information. Taking your time will be of the essence to receive the optimum benefits of the treatment.
Full body massage 60 minutes £50
Shoulder, neck and back massage 30 minutes £30
Hand and foot massage 20 minutes £25
The facials will support you to restore energy flow and glow.
The choice of Weleda products for your skin type will help you to reconnect with nature, spirit and self. This may include a skin analysis before the soothing and relaxing massage.
